Once again, it’s time for the best event of the year - the Frazer Nash Christmas Party! After a successful event last year, we will be returning to the beautiful Walton Hall Hotel, close to Wellesbourne in Warwickshire.  

The driving tests will go ahead as normal on the Saturday morning (marshals are always greatly appreciated), the AGM in the afternoon and the party on Saturday evening in the historic hall. As always, there will be several members at the hotel on the Friday night, so why not make a weekend of it. The hotel is set within 65 acres of beautiful countryside if you fancy a midday walk and has facilities including an indoor heated pool and a spa offering numerous chargeable treatments. 

As per last year, ticket numbers are limited due to seating and fire regulations, so please buy them nice and early and book your rooms directly with the hotel (more details to be found below). There was a high demand for tickets last year which resulted in some members not being able to attend, so priority must be given to members plus one.  If you would like to purchase more than two tickets for family or non-members, please contact us before making any payments and we will try and be as accommodating as possible. The form is really important because it’s helpful for us to keep track of who’s coming and table planning, so please indicate who you would like to sit with clearly. Please also note to add any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences on the form. 

The format will be similar to last year, hopefully with more bars and a whole load of dancing, so get your party shoes ready and your chains oiled!

TICKETS:

Unfortunately, due to slight inflation of costings, tickets will be on sale for £90, a £5 increase from last year’s prices. If at all possible, please pay by bank transfer (details on the form). If you need to pay any other way, please let us know.

ACCOMMODATION:

There are three types of rooms split between the two buildings on site:

• Standard single occupancy - £105 per night
• Standard double occupancy - £115 per night
• Superiors - £155 per night
• Suites - £205 per night

All room prices have Bed and Breakfast included. We are committed to fill all 37 rooms within the historic hall on the Saturday night - but please note, there are no lifts within this building. 

In order to make a room reservation, please contact the hotel direct by email (see below for the email address). Calls can be made as a last resort. Make sure when booking to mention the Frazer Nash Car Club. 

If you’re intending on staying on the Friday night and wish to dine on site, please liaise with the hotel. There will be an à la carte menu available.
